ETHGlobal is growing the most valuable developer community in web3. We're a small team and we’re looking for passionate engineers to join us. We’re building products and protocols for developers to help them learn smart contract development, creating new infrastructure, and managing payments at scale. We work closely with organizations like the Ethereum Foundation, Optimism, Base, IPFS, Uniswap, Polygon, and more.

As the usage of blockchain technology grows, the world is going to need more talented engineers, designers, and product leaders to build the future that blockchain technology is promising. What you’ll do

• Collaborate closely with the Partnerships, Events, and Leadership teams as part of the Marketing & Growth team, advocating for hacker needs and feedback

• Handle incoming support tickets, directing them to the relevant team member, and ensure that ETHGlobal provides exceptional customer support for attendees

• Support builders in person at global events by managing a team of technical mentors and directly answering non-technical attendee questions

• Collect and manage feedback from all event attendees, identify trends, and collaborate with the rest of the team to address attendee issues

Who we’re looking for

• Have 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer support or service industry role

• Are deeply empathetic and care about the people you interact with

• Have an inbox-zero mentality

• Have experience working with developers
