Mantle Network is an EVM-compatible Ethereum layer 2 (L2) ecosystem designed to enhance scalability and efficiency on the Ethereum blockchain. Our ecosystem encompasses several key elements: Mantle Network, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) named Mantle Governance, and an Ether (ETH) liquid staking protocol, Mantle LSP.

Your Role:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other projects, influencers, and stakeholders within the Web3 and DeFi ecosystems.

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive SocialFi strategy aligned with Mantle's overarching goals, focusing on user engagement, community growth, and ecosystem expansion.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on community metrics and the performance of SocialFi initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Efficiently handle and respond to inbound inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and guiding potential clients through initial queries.

  • Prioritize leads based on their strategic alignment with our services and ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to gather essential information for targeted outreach and partnership discussions.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the Web3 ecosystem, particularly within Ethereum Layer 2.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights, market intelligence, and contributing to strategic discussions.

Your Craft:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Ethereum, layer 2 solutions, DeFi, and SocialFi concepts.

  • 2+ years of experience as a BD at an L2 or other Infrastructure project is a big plus.

  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of inbound inquiries efficiently.

  • Solid understanding of Ethereum Layer 2 solutions and their applications.

  • Solid track record in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Exceptional research skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
