About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Ecosystem Marketing Manager to establish and elevate Aptos' presence in India. This role is pivotal in building our brand identity, driving engagement, and fostering a strong community within the Indian market. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
You will be directly responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive brand marketing and content strategy tailored to the Indian market.
- Creating engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and marketing collateral, that resonates with the Indian audience.
- Managing and optimizing Aptos’ social media presence in India, driving engagement and building a strong community.
- Planning and executing brand marketing campaigns, including digital events, and partnerships, to increase brand awareness and adoption.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including devrel, ecosystem, and community, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and content initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key influencers, media outlets, and industry partners in India.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, adhering to Aptos Labs' brand guidelines.
What you'll work on:
- Crafting culturally relevant brand narratives and content that resonate with the Indian Web3 community.
- Developing and executing localized social media strategies to maximize engagement and growth.
- Organizing and managing marketing for online and offline events, including meetups, workshops, and conferences.
- Creating and managing a content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content.
- Leveraging data analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships to expand Aptos’ reach in India.
- Managing Indian community channels.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or a related field, preferably within the technology or Web3 sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the Indian market.
- Strong understanding of the Indian digital landscape and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Experience with content management systems, social media analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the Indian cultural and market nuances.
- Willingness to travel within India as needed to manage marketing activities and stakeholder relationships.
