The Communications Team at Game7 plays a vital role in engaging both traditional gamers and those entering the Web3 space. By collaborating across departments, the team crafts captivating narratives and content that showcase the unique features of their games and community activities. Game7 is an Autonomous GameFi Institution whose treasury is managed and deployed by the community. Our mission is to make web3 gaming sustainable by accelerating the industry towards collaboration, unified standards, open source innovation and having fun.

What you'll help us build:

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Web3 technologies and a proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for our consumer-focused Web3 products. As a key player in our team, you'll work hand-in-hand with our founders and product teams, shaping the success of Game7’s groundbreaking products. Your insights and creativity will directly influence our go-to-market strategies and feed into our product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the Web3 space. Share this data with our product teams and translate these insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates based on product strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer personas.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, events). Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist, representing the company at industry events and partner meetings. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Your craft

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2C Web3, or blockchain industry. Bonus points if also a background in gaming.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, and Web3 centric products.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.

  • Creativity: Innovative thinker with a passion for developing unique marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry and adapt to changing market conditions.
