This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our technology and the developers who use it. You will be responsible for driving developer engagement, fostering a vibrant community, and ensuring developers have the resources and support they need to build on Sei.

Responsibilities

• Community Building: Cultivate a global developer community, organizing and participating in online and offline events to engage and grow the community.
• Advocacy: Represent and advocate for Sei within the developer community and beyond, showcasing the benefits and opportunities of building on Sei.
• Support and Resources: Develop and maintain resources, tutorials, and documentation to support developers. Ensure timely and effective technical support.
• Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the developers within Sei, providing feedback to the product and engineering teams to help shape the future of the platform.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality content including blogs, videos, and webinars to educate and inform the developer community about Sei’s capabilities and updates.
• Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and other blockchain projects to foster collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developer relations, advocacy, or a similar role within the tech or blockchain industry.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience organizing and participating in developer-focused events, both online and offline.
• Passionate about community building and developer advocacy.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and other blockchain technologies.
• Proven track record of growing and nurturing developer communities.
• Ability to create engaging and informative content across various platforms.
• Familiarity with open-source development and community engagement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience managing a team and leadership skills
