Job Description:

Magic Square, a pioneering Web3 App Store, is looking for a talented and experienced Web3 B2B Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and providing innovative advertising solutions within the rapidly evolving Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the Web3 space, and experience with performance marketing campaigns.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial pitch to closing deals, with a focus on high-volume sales.
  • Utilize existing client relationships to identify and generate new business opportunities through CPA marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Engage with clients via Telegram and video calls, maintaining and managing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with founders and C-level executives across Web3 companies.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues or concerns to ensure client retention.
  • Continuously update knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and Web3 narratives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in business development and account management.
  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystem.
  • Experience with SaaS, email marketing, or marketing tech sales is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • High attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure.
