Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the blockchain space to drive high-value acquisitions of public blockchain shares. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the blockchain industry and excel at negotiating strategic deals. This role will require extensive international travel and direct collaboration with top executives in the blockchain world. The primary measure of success will be the ability to secure key meetings and close acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquisition of Blockchain Shares: Lead efforts to acquire shares of public blockchain projects, focusing on deals totaling no more than 5%–10% of each project's value.

- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, founders) in the blockchain industry.

- Global Outreach: Secure and attend meetings with key figures in global blockchain hubs including Japan, Dubai, Singapore, San Francisco, Zurich, and London.

- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, close deals with favorable terms for both parties, and ensure successful execution of the acquisition process.

- Timely Delivery: Within one month of joining, secure meetings with key blockchain leaders and maintain a high level of performance throughout.

- Executive Collaboration: Accompany the CEO for in-person meetings and negotiations as required.

Requirements:

- Proven Industry Experience: Extensive experience in business development, with a specific focus on the blockchain or cryptocurrency sectors.

- Strong Network: Established relationships with decision-makers at blockchain companies, particularly at the executive level.

- International Travel: Willingness to travel frequently on short notice to meet with blockchain project leaders globally.

- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to close high-value acquisition deals and negotiate favorable terms.

- Performance-Oriented: Ability to meet strict performance targets, securing key meetings within the first month.

- Share Lock-Up Period: Willingness to accept a 60-month lock-up period for acquired public blockchain shares.
