Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities to grow user base, capture new user segments, and increase revenue channels
- Identify and leverage growth channels, including but not limited to referral, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and partnerships
- Be the product owner, able to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Marketing, Country Teams) to execute business strategy and rollout new growth initiatives
- Proactively monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Develop market-fit and innovative trading, execution and analytics strategies to broaden product and growth offerings to improve retail conversion
- Stay updated on emerging trends, competitor landscape, community feedback and best practices in exchange products, growth hacking and digital marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in IT companies
- At least 2 years of experience in the crypto industry, preferable in a growth or product role
- Track record of leading/participating in key product launches or growth efforts.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and tracking tools is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Background and knowledge of crypto or finance is preferred
- Bilingual written/spoken English and Chinese is preferred to ensure smooth communication with internal stakeholders in the region.
