What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Business Development Operations Lead for one of our core DeFi protocols. We’re looking to onboard someone who thrives in high-growth environments and is driven by results. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at navigating complex deal pipelines, prioritizing high-value integrations, and driving adoption across key areas of DeFi. This role demands an individual who can execute with urgency, maintain operational efficiency, and act as a liaison between integrations, partnerships, and growth.

This isn’t just a BD role—it’s a growth leadership position that requires someone to own the business development and pipeline execution with clear accountability.

Core Responsibilities

1. Growth via Integrations

Drive new integrations for a DeFi protocol in the restaking space, focusing on expanding beyond Ethereum restaking into Bitcoin, Solana, BNB, Avalanche, and beyond.

Increase t

he number of whitelisted protocols actively using our solution.

Manage and optimize the integration pipeline.

KPI: Number of whitelisted parties regularly using our protocol.

2. Asset Pipeline Expansion

Build relationships with every AVS/restaking protocol launching a token to ensure their assets are onboarded onto our protocol.

Work proactively with our risk management team to whitelist high-value tokens.

Collaborate with AlphaGrowth’s tokenomics advisory arm to provide value-added support to these restaking protocols.

Work together with our marketing team to create co-marketing initiatives that position our protocol as the kingpin of restaking.

KPI: Number of tokens whitelisted onto our protocol.

3. KING DeFi Utility & Liquidity Expansion

Turn our token into a DeFi commodity by expanding its utility across spot DEXes, veDEXes, lending markets, perps exchanges, derivatives, and beyond.

Lead the charge on activating staking for our token, securing incentives from blockchain ecosystems to deepen liquidity across DeFi.

Leverage AlphaGrowth’s vast DeFi network to forge critical integrations on the token utility roadmap.

KPI: Number of DeFi utilities enabled for our token.

4. High-Impact Business Development Execution

Own and enforce pipeline accountability—drive deals forward, track all engagements, and ensure seamless execution.

Serve as an executive representative in key negotiations, supporting client interactions, governance discussions, and partnership structuring.

Close deals that drive real TVL and revenue growth.

KPI: Closed integrations that drive TVL, utility, and adoption.

Requirements
