ValiDAO is a pioneering decentralized validator project. With ~$25M AUM and a commitment to fostering decentralization, we aim to expand our operations by partnering with emerging as well as existing blockchain projects.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships with various chains and web3 projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify promising blockchain projects in the testnet phase.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities.
Initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within target blockchain projects.
Communicate the value proposition of ValiDAO effectively to potential partners.
Collaborate with the technical team to assess the feasibility of validator operations on potential chains.
Negotiate partnership agreements and terms that align with the objectives of ValiDAO.
Track and report on partnership development activities, including progress against targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or partnership management roles within the blockchain or technology industry.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology.
Proven track record of identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A preference for candidates with existing relationships within the crypto ecosystem
Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with distributed teams is a plus.
