We are looking for an experienced Web3 Marketing Director with a strong background working with Web3 companies, particularly ecosystems and protocols. This role is not for someone who wants to only prepare strategy documents; you will be hands-on in leading projects, doing the job until you can hire to scale, and delivering substantial growth for Web3 ecosystems and startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company’s vision and goals.
- Lead marketing efforts to support protocol, infrastructure, and launchpad marketing, enhancing brand, narrative, and reach.
- Cultivate and leverage a strong network in Web3 media to support and lead our clients' PR and media efforts.
- Execute actionable go-to-market plans for Web3 startup clients, supporting product validation, growth, and market entry.
- Roll up your sleeves and be hands-on, building an internal or external team around successful use cases.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working in Web3 ecosystems (protocols, infrastructure, launchpads, CEXs, and DEXs).
- Well-rounded expertise in digital marketing, social media, and event marketing.
- Startup experience, including the ability to create new products and offers.
- Team player eager to collaborate and amplify team successes.

Additional Criteria:
- Fluent English is required; French or German skills are appreciated.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Asana, Notion, Google Suite, Zoom, and Telegram is appreciated.
Internal Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Relaunch our website and keep it updated.
- Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, events, and PR.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, compelling content that educates and engages our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and social media updates.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community across various platforms, including Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and other stakeholders in the Web3 space to enhance our brand visibility and reach.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure and optimize the performance of marketing initiatives, preparing and presenting regular reports to the executive team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative and competitive.
