Who You Are:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework, to enhance our CRM capabilities and support business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations within the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement Lightning components to enhance user experience.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for all developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.

Bonus Points:

• Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I or II).
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling and database management.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforming (AWS)
• Experience in programming languages (SQL, Python, R)

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Base Salary Range$90,000—$110,000 USD
