We are looking for a product driven UI/UX designer to join us and contribute to a true rocketshipproduct, designing intuitive and magical user experiences.Ā
Here's how you'll be contributing:Ā
ā¢ You will be the person leading our product design. Making beautiful designs that makesuser effort invisible.ā¢ Using lateral and critical thinking to design the most intuitive design for each targetaudienceā¢ Understanding and pre-empting user needs to create *magical* experiencesā¢ Conduct and document user research for product iteration plans based on user needsand dataā¢ Work with our diverse cross functional team to ensure the quality of design isimplemented to specifications and aligned to business strategy, brand and contentā¢ Deliver user-friendly and visually rich designs for our brandā¢ Identify gaps in the product design to drive continuous improvement through regulardesign reviews

Requirements:ā¢ At least 3 years of relevant experience in UX and UIā¢ A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholdersto understand requirements and propose solutionsā¢ Proven track record of independent work on larger features and solutionsā¢ Good visual styles with ability to create aesthetically pleasing solutions within the brandand product constraintsā¢ Experience in creating designs for both mobile and webā¢ Proficient in tools like Figma, Photoshop etc.
