📋 Position Overview

Crestal Network is looking for its newest team member, a Social Media and Community Manager who lives and breathes the latest trends, thrives in the fast-paced environment of Web3, and knows exactly what's happening in the deep down in the trenches. This role is all about creating impactful, on-trend social media strategies and building authentic, lasting relationships with our community. From pre-token launch hype to post-launch engagement, you'll ensure Crestal's online presence and community remains vibrant, informed and engaged.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative, on-trend social media strategies across platforms.
  • Own the social calendar and day-to-day activities, ensuring consistent, engaging content
  • Engage authentically with audiences, staying ahead of trends, memes, and industry buzz.
  • Foster strong relationships with the community and provide clear, product-focused updates.
  • Collaborate with teams to align strategies with product goals and launches.
  • Keep the community informed and active through innovative engagement activities.
  • Assist with basic investor relations, providing community insights that could influence investor communications.

📚 Must-haves 

  • Proven Track Record in Community Building: demonstrated success in building and managing communities, especially around blockchain or tech projects from inception to maturity.
  • Social Media Savvy: experience in leveraging social media for community growth and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Strategic Role Understanding: a clear grasp of what it takes to be effective in this role, with the ability to think ahead and plan for community growth.
  • Communication and Storytelling: Exceptional skills in narrative building and communication, capable of inspiring and maintaining community interest.
  • Proactivity and Independence: Ability to work autonomously, identifying opportunities for community enhancement without constant oversight.

Nice to haves:

  • Design Skills: Proficiency in creating visually appealing content, including graphics and videos, to enhance social media and community engagement.
  • Analytical Expertise: Ability to use analytics tools to measure and optimize social media performance and community strategies.
  • Technical Understanding: A deep knowledge of blockchain, AI, or other relevant technologies to engage effectively with a technical audience.
  • Content Creation: Experience in crafting blogs, thought leadership pieces, or educational content to drive community growth.
  • PR and Media Relations: Familiarity with managing public relations and building relationships with media outlets to amplify brand visibility.
