Product Owner - DeFi

Experience Level: 6+ years in DeFi product development

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner - DeFi to lead the development of innovative decentralized financial products for mass adoption. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and user needs, coupled with the ability to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the development of DeFi products such as DEXs, staking pools, liquidity pools, money markets, and stablecoins.

Conceptualize and implement advanced features like restaked assets and yield farming mechanisms for mass-scale users.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of DeFi protocols and a user-friendly interface.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging DeFi trends and user demands.

Manage complete product roadmap, backlog and documentation.

Monitor and analyze product performance, ensuring optimal functionality and scalability.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards within the DeFi ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in building DeFi products with features like staking, liquidity pools, money markets, and stablecoins.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.

Analytical mindset with experience in designing tokenomics and financial incentive structures.

Excellent project management and communication skills, with a focus on agile development methodologies.

Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams to build user-friendly DeFi platforms.
