Who You Are:

You appreciate a well-thought-out marketing strategy, care about best-in-class execution, and understand how to track and measure its impact. You can seamlessly communicate and coordinate between marketing and sales teams, internal spokespeople, and external agencies. You have a positive energy and the desire to redefine Galaxy’s Asset Management (GAM) marketing initiatives to elevate the Galaxy brand, educate our audiences, and develop key client relationships.

As the Product Marketing Lead for GAM, you will have a critical role in the growth of one of Galaxy’s core business units. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading innovator in the digital asset ecosystem, where you will work closely with our subject matter experts as well as the broader team to market Galaxy's investment solutions across all online and offline touchpoints.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives for GAM. In collaboration with our sales and client success teams, you will support Galaxy’s lead-generation efforts and optimize lower-funnel marketing activity. You will manage all aspects of GAM marketing and build the foundation for our next phase of growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of digital and sales marketing best practices, as well as experience in traditional finance and a strong understanding of the digital asset space. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are highly analytical, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions and improve campaign performance. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, lead, and manage GAM’s marketing strategy that is on-brand, relevant, differentiated, engaging, thought-provoking, and actionable.
  • Coordinate with our internal marketing team as well as external agencies on all aspects of GAM’s marketing activities, including website properties, email marketing, digital marketing, events, and more.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation efforts. Utilize data and analytics to make informed marketing decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with Galaxy’s product specialists, analysts, portfolio managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Promote our insights and capabilities to drive client acquisition and deep client relationships by implementing a content marketing strategy for GAM.
  • Ideate engaging content formats for different channels to drive product interests
  • Building subject matter expertise and market recognition on active strategies in digital assets and digital assets related equities, across vehicles including ETFs.
  • Further strengthen our brand leadership in the digital asset space across our global partnerships, including US, Canada, Brazil, and Europe.
  • Ensure Compliance requirements are met, and firm priorities are aligned with
  • Contribute to strategic marketing priorities to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness via process streamlining, optimization, and/or innovations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications
  • Experience working in finance and/or asset management
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to manage complex workflows
  • Experience managing brand, design, and media agencies
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, quick learner, and team player mentality
  • Knowledge of, or at least a strong interest in digital assets
  • Bachelor’s degree

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Base Salary Range$160,000—$195,000 USD
