We are seeking an experienced MongoDB Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and maintain our database systems. As a DBA, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing MongoDB databases, ensuring their high availability, performance, and security. You will work closely with the development team to solve database-related technical issues and establish best practices to optimize database performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain the MongoDB database architecture, including clusters, replica sets, and sharding
- Monitor database performance, receive database alarms, identify and solve performance bottlenecks and failures
- Collaborate with the development team to provide database design and optimization suggestions for new projects
- Write automation scripts and tools to automate common database management tasks
- Investigate and resolve database-related technical issues, provide emergency support and troubleshooting
- Follow the latest developments and best practices of MongoDB, continuously optimize database performance
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of some MySQL databases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, priority in Computer Science or related field
- More than 3 years of MongoDB (mandatory), MySQL database management experience, familiar with MongoDB cluster deployment, performance optimization, and fault recovery
- Familiar with Linux operating system and Python programming
- Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively cooperate with the development team to solve technical problems
- Have self-learning ability and problem-solving ability, able to think independently and quickly adapt to new technologies and tools
