We're actively working with some of the blockchain space's biggest names and have recently raised our $40M Series B led by Spark Capital!We are a team of 80+ team members and our offices are in Belgrade (Serbia) & San Francisco (California) with a few remote team members scattered in between.About the JobWe are looking for a new team member to join the people team on the mission to support and develop Tenderlyā€™s team members!The people team at Tenderly is dedicated to developing the company's core - its people. Our main goal is to scale the company, remove obstacles, and foster an environment where all team members have an opportunity to collaborate and grow.In this role, you will partner closely with our managers and senior leaders on a variety of people related topics, including employee relations, performance, and engagement - just to name a few! The ideal candidate has experience in executing across various People initiatives and exhibits patience, critical thinking, and high emotional intelligence.Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to the Management and Leadership teams to develop and implement effective People policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business- In partnership with the People team, ensure we are providing a competitive compensation and benefits package for all employees, including conducting market research- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, performance management, employee relations, development and coaching, and organizational development- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee development- Collaborate with the People team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business resultsRequirements- 5+ years experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role- Track record of strategic partnering with business leaders in a global company on people initiatives or projects- Relevant experience building and improving company culture and increasing employee engagement, and expertise in performance management- Effective coaching skills, strong business acumen, and ability to influence colleagues at all levels of the organization- Knowledge and experience in technology businesses (preferably a startup) including a familiarity with global HR practices and policies- Analytically driven; you utilize qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving and root cause analysis- Excellent English Skills (Both written and spoken)What We OfferFinanceStock OptionsĀ - We believe that everybody should own a part of the company and we want our team members to benefit from our shared success.Transparent compensationĀ - To ensure fair and equal pay for all employees, salaries within the company are completely transparent.Yearly bonusĀ - Non-performance-based bonus amounting to 10% of the team member's annual base salary is given at the end of each year.Support in Life ChangesRelocation assistanceĀ - We provide residence and work permit support, as well as 3 months rental costs covered.Fully covered maternity leaveĀ - The leave is fully covered, in the amount of the last salary person received during the regular engagement.Paternity leaveĀ - Four weeks of paid time off after a baby has arrived to help share the joys & responsibilities.Working environmentIn-office breakfast, lunch & drinksCompany equipmentĀ - Standard equipment includes a MacBook laptop, monitor, and a keyboard and mouse of your choice.WelfareFlexible, no less-than vacation policyĀ - We know that unlimited vacation policies usually have the opposite effect, so we encourage people to actually take and use their time off for rest and relaxation.
