Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant based in Europe to provide administrative and operational support to our CMO. This role will involve managing a wide array of responsibilities, including coordinating worldwide conferences, organizing schedules, managing communication, and ensuring seamless workflows.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, proficiency in CRM tools, exceptional organizational skills, and fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the CMO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Handle email correspondence and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist with planning and managing international conferences and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other teams to ensure successful event execution.
- CRM and Tools Management:
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track campaigns, leads, and contacts.
- Generate reports and insights using CRM tools and other software.
- Operational Excellence:
- Support cross-functional team coordination to align marketing strategies.
- Handle ad hoc projects and tasks to optimize the CMO’s workflow.
Key Requirements:
- Based in Europe with the ability to work across time zones.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a marketing or events-related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of event management practices and experience coordinating international events.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
