Role Overview
Weâre hiring a full-time Ecosystem Specialist to lead developer acquisition, manage grant deployment execution, and serve as Thriveâs primary point of contact across multiple Web3 ecosystems. This role combines DevRel, ecosystem growth, and light-touch deployment managementâperfect for someone who is equally comfortable talking to developers, navigating grant systems, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Youâll be responsible for driving high-quality project applications, ensuring successful deployment operations, and building strong relationships with builders and ecosystem leaders.

Ideally, youâve had experience founding or running your own venture, or have spent 2â3 years immersed in the entrepreneurial world. You're based in Western Europe or North America and bring a self-directed, outcome-driven approach to your work. You donât wait to be told what to do. Youâre energized by open-ended challenges, take full ownership of your work, and adapt fluidly to evolving roles and responsibilities. You operate with a bias toward action, staying focused on impact over process, and donât need close management to drive high-quality outcomes.You align deeply with our mission and bring a flexible, founder-like mindset to everything you do. Key Responsibilities
Developer Acquisition & Engagement
- Source and support high-quality builders applying for funding across Thriveâs ecosystems
- Own top-of-funnel engagement tactics (events, AMAs, referrals, university outreach, Twitter Spaces)
- Collaborate with Marketing to showcase ecosystem opportunities through demos, live builds, and educational content
- Help convert promising applicants by guiding them through the application and review process
Deployment Strategy & Execution
- Coordinate with the Deployment Ops team to ensure timely and accurate setup of each funding program
- Track project milestones and reviews, and ensure successful program progression through internal workflows
- Maintain visibility into each deploymentâs status, performance, and blockers
- Support light technical setup (form fields, deadlines, milestone documentation) with guidance from ops leads
Ecosystem Growth & Partnership Management
- Build trusted relationships with ecosystem partners, DAOs, and protocol teams
- Serve as the internal advocate for each ecosystemâbringing feedback, priorities, and goals into Thriveâs planning
- Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives and success storytelling with the Marketing team
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations to deepen ecosystem partnerships
Reporting & Process Optimization
- Track ecosystem-level metrics: # of applications, approval rate, deployment throughput
- Propose improvements to increase conversion, reduce friction, and improve ecosystem satisfaction
- Share learnings and best practices across internal teams
Qualifications & Experience
- 3â5+ years in Developer Relations, Ecosystem Growth, or GTM roles in Web3 or early-stage tech
- Deep familiarity with crypto builders, funding programs, and protocol ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate between internal teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; experience working directly with developers
- Experience running events, engaging communities, or guiding projects through grant funnels
- Startup mentality: hungry, adaptable, and willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment
