Job Description:
As a Customer Success Officer at Waltio, you will play a key role in creating the best possible customer experience. As the first point of contact, you’ll act as a direct link between our customers and the support and product teams, helping to shape an optimal user experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and allocate customer messages received via our communication platform, Intercom.
- Quickly identify the nature of requests and efficiently respond to simple cases using macros and automated responses.
- Provide proactive feedback to improve our long-term customer support.
- Work closely with the technical and product teams to report bugs and suggest new features.
- Regularly update our FAQ based on new platforms or features added.
- Contribute to improving "Walty," our customer support bot, for even more effective assistance.
Profile Sought:
- Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or taxation/accounting.
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, ideally in a startup environment.
- Curious and versatile, you will address a wide range of challenges.
- Empathetic and personable, understanding the importance of an excellent user experience.
- Precision and rigor in writing in French, with minimal grammar, syntax, or spelling mistakes. You will independently communicate with Waltio’s key clients!
Recruitment Process:

- Practical test/case study and submission.
- 30-minute interview with the CEO.
