Role Overview

We are seeking a highly technically skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role utilising your technical knowledge with business acumen, ensuring that the web development team delivers solutions that meet both technical feasibility and business needs. The selected candidate is expected to be a strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions and facilitate smooth communication across all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Analyze systems and workflows to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and interface design.
• Ensure projects align with security and compliance standards.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating clear communication.
• Support Agile project management methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation for projects and processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in business analysis within web development projects.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of system analysis, UX/UI principles, and security compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and business teams.
• Exceptional written and spoken English for clear documentation and stakeholder communication.

Preferable: 

·      Familiarity with YouTube CID cms.

·      Experience in the music industry.
