Responsibilities
- Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build reporting dashboards
- Use quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand risk events and loss exposure, providing insights to help rule strategy adjustments
- Conduct case investigations to categorize different risk event typologies, summarize the patterns/features of fraud behaviors and profiles
- Tracing and handling reported cases (e.g. disputes/chargebacks) within SLA
Requirements
- Strong investigation and Data analysis skills
- Good experience with Python/SQL
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self motivated and team collaboration
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- At least 3.5 working days per week
