Who You Are:

As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the Firm’s operations. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of legal and compliance, particularly assisting the AML/KYC team. You will be tasked with maintaining internal compliance records, coordinating regulatory filings, assisting in various projects and regular reviews, updating due diligence questionnaires, and working with various internal teams to assist with account openings at financial institutions, custodians, and exchanges, among other duties.

The successful candidate will have a strong interest in compliance, legal, and administration, preferably with experience in the financial services industry. This role provides an excellent platform for career growth, offering exposure to a broad range of business lines, including asset management, investment banking, trading, lending, and mining.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure that ongoing compliance requirements are met and documented with accuracy and excellence (quarterly and / or annual requirements, ongoing requests, etc.)
  • Assist in compliance-related areas of client and / or vendor due diligence
  • Assist with bank account opening forms, custodian account opening forms, and various due diligence questionnaires that require completion
  • Assist in the Firm’s global compliance program, records, and systems, which include regulatory filings, examinations, investigations, regulatory inquiries, audits, and inspections
  • Liaise with the business on the coordination of agreement executions
  • Work on other operational tasks, on an as needed basis
  • Partner with the AML/KYC team on various projects and requests

What We’re Looking For:

  • Preference for working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, while taking responsibility for seeing projects through to their completion
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and demands concurrently
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services or consulting firm
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Docusign
  • Experience, knowledge and interest in cryptocurrency a plus
