What makes me great? But this might be a little narcissistic. I don't know what makes me great, but in my opinion, in the work that I have been doing up until now, that makes me great.I am great at the possibility of communication between leaders and other employees. Because in my opinion, the most important job is two-way communication from both the "top" and "bottom". And that, makes all the projects successful as envisioned without any ego from the leader and no intervention. In essence, my greatness is being a "licking" in communicating to the success of a product or a company's ideals. Yes, my greatness is "licking"....
